STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS / BID PROPOSALS
Here are a few Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that I’ve designed, laminated, binded and delivered to several Valley municipalities (City of Tempe, Town of Gilbert, City of Phoenix, City of Mesa). In addition to ensuring the visual quality of presentation, I also assisted in writing and editing the SOQ and researched the company’s archives to verify the accuracy of the information.
Generally, SOQs are bid proposals requested by municipalities to determine the best contractor for the construction job. Contractors like Achen-Gardner complete the specific requirements outlined in the Request of Qualifications (RFQ) by providing detailed information about the company, the team who will work on the new job, past experience completing similar work, and their approach to finishing the project on time, within the budget and with minimal disruption to the public.
